k850i rip...

my replacement k850i is dead! 1 month old rip, wont switch on, worked last night but couldnt answer/make calls and now its dead....can i ask 02 to give me another type of phone since this is now my 3rd in 6 months?

good luck... i too am on my 3rd phone in 6 months.... they insist on giving reconditioned phones back but with a long argument i got a brand new phone from them. this 3rd one has been good with no problems at all

the k850 is the worst phone i've ever had, has been nothing but trouble from day one, now my touch screen back button is stuck on so i cant do anything cos it just keeps going back,
buying a N95 8gb when i get paid cant be bothered with another

yer lads at work started with not openening the text menus, so i updtaed firmware and it worked,

then it wouldnt turn on just lights came on he`s sent it back to be reflashed now, n this works so far but he`s only had it 3 months, n got a 18month contract

hmm i keep reading these threads i like the k850i but sadly i wouldnt spend my own money on them its a nice phone when it works
