Just in case anyone is in the market for one. Tesco Direct are selling the K399MB+ model for £77.50, RRP is £155 and they give you 1,000 extra clubcard points too.

The Kärcher K3.99MB+ pressure washer has a powerful 1700W motor and a water flow rate of 380L per hour to maximise cleaning power. A maximum bar pressure of up to 120, along with a dirtblaster allows you to easily tackle stubborn algae and moss stains. The 6m hose and wash brush is ideal for cleaning cars, motorcycles, patios, awnings and a variety of gardening tasks. This pressure washer also has an integrated holder for storing accessories and a trigger gun to start and stop the machine, prolonging the life of the motor. The Kärcher washer also comes with a detergent suction hose.

Might be cheaper elsewhere, I've not checked, but it seems like a pretty decent deal.

Our brickwork on our house has been painted in the past and the paint is now peeling off in places to the point where it will brush off, but in other places still seems fairly secure. Does anybody have any idea if this would be powerful enough to get the paint off?

Will be investing in one if so.
