will i need 2 buy spacers for the kei force10s 17" to fit on to my 2000 clio? or will they fit on just fine?

nope mate, they are a straight fit, you will want some spigot rings (basically washers as they are multifit alloys, it fill the gap between the hub of the car and the bore of the alloy) though which you can get of ebay for about £10.
