Anyone have any pics/info of what rubber and washers were used when fitting rear shocks.

Standard dust covers and bump stops dont fit...

The Koni yellows from the Konig kit and the FK dampers from the Highsports all come with there own washers etc. You dont use standard ones....

Yeh i mine are wierd though. They dont seem to fit the indentation in the rear top mounts. Too small and move about no matter how tight you do up the nut.

So what have you got there mate.

At the top of the strut inside the boot, you have from the chassis up - rubber, metal washer, then nut?

What about underneath?

Did you use the originial dust covers and bumpstops from the old shocks.

Washer /15 mm poly/ washer

and forgive my lack of knowlegde with dust dust cover but in the boot some crap random flexy black number .. pound store in apperance are placed on top .. seems pointless.

All in all the feel is firm and you get a direct feed back in your arse.. /stop sniggering.

Not having Koni up front I will be addressing this as I can actively feel the weak points up front ..
