The Koni yellows from the Konig kit and the FK dampers from the Highsports all come with there own washers etc. You dont use standard ones....

At the top of the strut inside the boot, you have from the chassis up - rubber, metal washer, then nut?
What about underneath?
Did you use the originial dust covers and bumpstops from the old shocks.
Hmmm i have 2 bits of rubber, 1 big washer, 1 little washer and 1 wierd indented washer per strut.
Dunno what goes above and below lol!
