They are what Halfords give away cheap in there wheel/tyre packages. Not great Steve.

  FF Blackgold 182
They are officially w**k! Avoid!! Noticable/dangerous amount of understeer in damp conditions, but grip like fook in the dry! They ware out very quickly as well.

i put kumho ku31's on mine and they are better then my toyo proxies 4's in the dry and wet. Well decent tyre

Put ecsta's on my old valver few years back.

Were quite good in the dry, wet they were poo!

Every tyre is poor in the wet imo Ive never had a problem with Kuhmo ecsta tyres in the dry. Wear rate it very good imo when my fronts went i had 16k on them (bought the car with them on)

I now have proxies tr1's. Still poop in the wet. Great when dry.

If Nankang made track day tyres, I'm sure they'd be awesome as well.

But we're talking about road tyres...

Michelin/Goodyear/Toyo/Vredestein tbh.

Well i have Goodyear f1's on at the minute & they are w##k in cold temps.

As for in the snow slicks would be about as good:mad:

So these kumho's are ok?

Can get a set for £200 in 205/45/16.

ive got a set of 4 on mine and they have a lot more grip then my old proxie 4's plus they are only 185/55 where as the toyos were 195/50. These are the KU31's

I've always found F1's need to be slightly lower pressure's to get them working well.

i know tyres are like that but how can you say they are w**k and avoid them as if they are completely useless then say but they grip like fook in the dry... like thats NOT what you want from them is it lol
