went to get a price on some new tyres the other day, the bloke looked round my old ones and said as one was a V rated and the other 3 are W, if i had an accident the insurance company wouldn't pay up as they should be W. is he talking s**t or not?

thats good because W rated tyres are more money plus i dont often go to 168 mph

my dads a tyre fitter and basically you can go up on speed ratings, but you cannot legally go down speed rating. so if the insurance assessor noticed it you would be up s**t creek.
