But they are still Halogen bulbs that imitates the Xenon- effect. 3900Kelvin will still be white/yellow

Xenon bulbs are 5000K and higher......And The Xenon gas needs 23000v to light.

H4 lamps are genrally crap because of the design.

i would pick something by orsam or philips(imo osram)

all i want is the simular effect xeon bulbs give off where thet apear to have a slight tint of blue but are very bright and give off a white light, will the silver stars give me that then?

yes they will but whats the point as you cant see the blue from in the car :S

the rally bulbs for full beam yes they are illegal but you dont have full beam on when people are driving infront of you so it dont matter

if they could stop xenon lights giving off a slight blue light they would.

its better to get halogen lights that are as white as possible, as any blue tint is going to reduce the light output.

ok i have found a set of Philips Blue Vison ULTRA H4 they are 4000K Colour Temperature <-- what ever that is :)

what are these like?¿?¿? they are £29.99

Ive used to run some Sportzblue 100w bulbs in my original lights on my valver.

Need to get some more for my angel eyes thinking about it......

the sportsblue 100w bulbs were great for me, except when one of them blew and i had to pay £12 for one, they give of a similar effect to the xenon light & very very bright

watch out you dont knacker the polycarbonate lamp covers....they dont like all that extra UV those high power lamps chuck out.
