Lights slightly dimming when bass is turned up?

i am talking when its turned up quite a bit... but is this a bad thing?

also, is it poss that the car feels sliiiightly sluggish? lol all in my mind im sure. always do this. pmsl

How big is the amp? In my childish days when i was running a 15'' and Rockford amp, when you turned it up it did this. Mainly due to the amount the Amp is pulling. Does it do it when driving?

Could be that you need a new/heavier duty battery to cope with the power required for the amp

Dont know if it does it when driving yet, havent checked.

Its only when the bass is up up.

The car sluggishness is in my mind isnt it?

It's exactly what I get.
Lights flash (which i dont care about) but mine feels sluggish at night with it on too.

Ps: lights shouldnt flicker when moving, mine dont anyhow.

lol, it was only after reading your post that i started to think it... i reckon its all in my head. ill do that. i have before. soemones said it might do it, so im sitting there testing it pmsl.
