Lime Prime and SRP

Would these work well together or would I be wasting my time?

What's the best polish for iceberg?

Thanks

Wasting your time.

No best polish as such. Srp and LP are pre cleaners, both have abrasives in them. But, SRP is ful of fillers, so will hide the marring. I have both, and SRP i think is easier to use, as you can run round the whole car quickly by hand and then buff off by hand. LP requires a lot more work, and the abrasives need working down. I use LP by machine now and again but not by hand.

Id top one of the two off with a sealant or wax as LP and srp provide little protection (if any).

I prefer SRP by DA, LP works best for me via Rotary.

Also, LP can fill too, and SRP does cut with the right pad, but less so than LP.

If you want to just clean your paint up a fair bit, then SRP via DA is a great choice. Just watch how much product you're using and alter quantity if you get dusting or sling.

This.

But if youvve not got a machine, then pick up SRP and do it by hand.

Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish is a step up from SRP, non abrasive very filler heavy hand polish. If youve not got anything yet then buy the blackfire. If youve got SRP already stick with that and buy a wax or something.
