List of nuts and bolts needed to fit buckets to car?

I need 8 nuts and bolts to mount the subframes to the car and 8 nuts and bolts to mount the Recaro sidemounts to the subframes.

Can someone list what i need please?

High tensile cap bolts for mounting the subframe to the car, I used these -

Flange nuts like these are your best bet, this will help stop them pulling through the floor -

This is what the original Sub-frames used, you will need washers too!

Would it be safe to use the eye bolt for my harnesses with washers and a flange nut to secure one corner of a subframe?

not sure, best to use original seatbelt mounting points where possible. At least you know they are strong.

And BIG washers. I removed Bucket seats from a car once and the nuts were about half a millimetre bigger than the hole! I reckon if i'd braked hard enough the seat would have ripped through the floor. Christ knows what would have happened in a 40mph accident!
