Longer bolt type spacers

Bought some 16 mm longer bolt spacers seen some negative threads about these ? Surley there not that bad if you torque them up correctly? Whats the issue with them

They're fine. As long as the bolts are decent. Not like the Delta Mic bolts a few years ago that had a habit of snapping.
