Loose Bolt

Just noticed this bolt has come loose, just wanted to check before I tighten it back up if there is a torque rating for it and if its worth putting some thread lock on it?

Have checked the service manual quickly but can't find it.

Also what exactly does it do? Sounds stupid but is it for anything other than the obvious?

It's just a bolt to hold the coilpack on, just do it up, not too tight though as the coilpack is plastic and you don't want to crack it.

Tight's tight.
