lost apps

Okay, long story short is that I got a new iPhone but hadn't backed up my old one since the end of February so I'd downloaded a fair few apps since then and my old iPhone is now gone. Question is can I get the apps that I've paid for since backing up or do I need to pay for them again ?

Just download them from appstore again, it'll say something like you have already paid for this app so you won't have to pay for it.
