Lovefilm - blu ray

I've started getting bluray disc's now with a 'protective sheath' on them. With a warning not to remove it and it will work with all bluray players.

Well the disc's won't read in my panasonic bluray player so what a load of s**t. I've removed it and it works fine.

Anyone else have problems?

i think i may have got one of these covers, does it sit like a clear film on the disc?

Yeah with an orange rim gripping the disc.
