lowering advice

hi peeps ive got a 182 none cup ive had her for three years fron brand new still love it to bits i now fancy lowering the car can you advise me the best way to do this springs and what type or coilovers and the rough cost
and what do you think is a sensible height . not to low but so its noticible i dont want the ride to be hard either thanks.

my cup is lowered 35mm! probley the best hight you want maybe 40 i'll try get some pics! if you just want a lowered look just get springs! 50 second hand 100ish new!

Would pick eibach sportlines very time a very good spring (not to hard) and lowered around 35mm car handles really well

Well with springs your limited to -40mm. With coilovers providing they are well set up will give better handling than springs and will go down to -80mm i think. H & R's are suposed to be your best bet, but this comes at a price.
