lowering Mk1 Clio

I recently put coilovers on my Mk1 Clio. The rear is still very high and I've been told I need to adjust the torsion bar. Every post I see about this links this guide which no longer exists.
Does anyone know what to do, or know if there's a guide on how to do it that still exists.
