Lowering Springs

Thinking of getting some lowering springs for my 172.
Do they make a noticable difference, as in would you bother gettting some?
If so would your reccomend the -30mm EIBACH SPORTLINE's or -40mm APEX ones?

Best do a search for opinions peopels chnage over time they rave for a few days then month later complain

personaly ti'd keep the stock setup renew if necessary but thats it or spend a lot
