i really want to lower my phase 2 cup 172 about 40mm to 60mm but dont know wat suspension to get, the cheaper the better. ive been searching the web but all i can seem to find is lowering 25mm any help?

You're better off leaving alone if you can't afford to do it properly. If you are fitting just springs then you are best going for eibachs. IIRC they're about £200 for a set then plus the cost of fitting assuming you dont fit them yourself.
