I want to lower my Clio, but I only want to lower it by about 30-40mm, can I get away with only using sports springs for this? If not, what is the cheapest way of doing this?

yep springs are fine

APEX springs for the cheap option or Eibach pros for the expensive. Check the for sale section or do a search for more info.
Yep thats what i have done till i get a complete kit. I went for the Apex springs cos it lowered by 40
