Pick up some lowering springs and take it to a local garage. It's a very simple job, any garage could do it. Springs around £150, labour £100 tops. Make sure you get the tracking checked when they have settled.

Are you any good with tools? I ended up changing my own. It can be a nightmare as the shock is a very snug fit and will either need fully compressing to get it out or to drop the subframe an inch or two. This is normally the reason garages charge a lot to change springs on a 200. Try a couple of garages as some of them don't know whats involved so might quote a cheaper price.
