M4A files? how make mp3's out of them ?

anyone know? or how do you rip music off you ipod into mp3's ... im sure there has to be a way!

To rip the music, then just use a freeware converter of your choice

yehh cheers.. ive got the m4a files on my hard drive i just need to get them to mp3's and i cant find a freeware or any converter that will change them to mp3's.. any help appreciated
