magnex resonating

quick help guys

having problems with my magnex usual knocking but now its resonating at about 3k mainly noticable on motorways doing around 70mph it will resonate when it hits a certain rpm then go away once its over, also when going for it it wont resonate till shifting gear? it sounds like the backbox is vibrating, a vibrating noise like when novas are full of subwoofers.

please help

You dont have your sound deadening coming loose do you. Got most of mine off now due to vibrating itself loose and tringging off the exhaust

knowone told me this when i bought it! :evil: unless i would have got a zorst off you, anything i can do to stop this? and what sound deadening stuff?

any news on my brakes fred? i gotta meet on sunday!

yea mines the same it vibrates between 3-4k is there anything i can do to make it stop?

i will still have my 12 month guarantee on the exhaust do you wreckon i cud get it swapped as its knackered and get a twin 3" backbox?

i got it from motor world can i do the warantee though them? or go straight to magnex?

right found my receipt just gotta get a garage note saying baffle is knackered and i can get a new one hopefully they'll let me change the tailpipe aswell to a twin 3" as the 6x4 is crap

i have a magnex 25,000 miles 3 years no problems, should be lifetime warrenty.

yea tiz a real pain in the *ss at the mo i've had trouble from ftting with it banging round not sitting in the mounts properly then some it started making a crap noise when changing gear and then started doing it between 3-4k p*ssing me off, so i'll make them change the tail pipe design as i'm annoyed with all the hassle i've had from the system

its weird, as i've had about 4 magnex's on other cars, and never had a problem with any apart from the clio, i quite liked the noise, as for me it wasnt too loud. But there seems to be a problem with the centre section baffles, as there are alot of us thats had prblems

baffles me anway :clown:
