Management/emissions light?

Had the cat taken off my 182 a few days ago, must have done next to 100 miles and neither of the lights have come on. Is this normal and should I expect it to come on?

The exhaust is a milltek system by the way. Any help is appreciated

Also, seems to be over furling heavily when cold and popping loudly on over run. Is that normal?
