Ws thinkin bout gettin a manifold and cat back exhaust system to my 1.4 8v Rt.

I would recommend getting a decat first mate, made a good difference on mine and is only £30 from lunner on here (PM him). I've also got a cat-back but tbh would have been as well getting just a backbox as mine was straight-through to the back box from the cat anyway. Don't know about a manifold.

If you want good gains from these engines there is a lot that can be done to get them over 100bhp without too much bother. Main things are headwork, TB off a laguna 1.8 SPI (I think), ECU and some other stuff I can't remember - try doing a search. If you want headwork done try asking Chris H on retro-renault.co.uk as he does a good job and at a very reasonable price.

Sorry mate, just realised yours is a Mk2. If it was a Mk1 then everyhing I said would apply but unfortunately I don't know for a Mk2. I always forget they made a Mk2 1.4RT!!!
