manifold?

ive heard of a few people getting like special manifolds or something made, what do these do exactly and if good can they be done on a 1.2?

if i got my 1.2 remapped by murray what would the power increase be and would it fail an emissions test?

couple of bhp on a remap if that. Manifold will do nothing, the 1.2s have the best manifolds possible for the engine. Stainless manifolds can be made, but will cost 500 - 600 quid and wont give you any gains. Wont fail emmisions, mine even passed with a sports cat

The laster 1.2 have a better manifold 54 plate on I think there the same as the Micar one which has 80hp.

No point in pressure valves they do have a pibnt but forget them. A remap is so much better.

mines only a 53plate so can i get a better manifold? then a remap and a powerflow exhaust and a viper induction kit, when i get the money of course, ha.

Not worth it the manifold realy.

Get the remap done last to take full account of the better breather the car has with exhaust etc.

mani on 04 on clio 1.2 is the same cast iron shite as the first 1.2 16v clio mk2
