So my mate ‘boxhead Chris’ has bought an old ladies car. He knows I do detailing, and always comments on how they look good etc. His previous car was a rusty old Fiesta so obviously I never bothered. He’s got a few plans, Eibach Sportline springs and RX8 alloys etc just freshen it up.
So it was actually and old couples cars before and they really looked after it so it wasn’t too bad.

So not too bad, just a little dull and rough feeling from all the contamination.
So wheels to start off with, AF Imperial…
_
Then AF Citrus to start the rest of the car with…
_
Then foamed as box head was insistent on seeing the pretty snow! ValetPro was used…
_
Rinsed off then washed with my awesome CarPro mitt and to use it up, old formula of AF Lather…
_
Then come the decon, CarPro IronX, BLEEEEEDDDIIIINNNGGG!...
_
_
_
_
Rinsed off then the next stage, CarPro TarX…
_
Then to finish off BH clay and diluted berry blast…
_
Half the roof, pretty much as expected….
_
Then bottom half of the door, sooo much Tar still even after two hits with TarX..
_
In for inspection and paint depth readings, the paint finish really wasn’t too bad tbh but evident paint work that’s for sure. In typical Bonzai mobile fashion the paint was thin as you like and not very hard either!!
You’ll have to excuse the unit, I’ve let it get messy again L

Went for the usual, decent correction is always had with menz and hex pads, this was literally a quick go over to keep box head happy but I was still impressed with the results this combo gave even with little effort!
A complete wipe down with CarPro Eraser was done, not too much dust and not enough time for another wash anyway…

A nice coulor tbh.

I topped it off with AF spirit as I still had some of their sample left, I quite like this wax, forgot to take a pic of it though.
I attacked the pictures with AF Dressle, still quite like using this product!
_
Tyres as usual still done with my old school favourite…
_
Interior was also hovered out and AF Dressle used on the plastics then a little bit of stripper scent…

Not bad for an old mobility wagon. Happy considering the amount of effort I put in. Thanks for reading!
