Meg 225 engine?

Been offered one with melted piston!
Would it be worth repairing or would it be better to get undamaged one?
It would be for engine upgrade!

I would say best getting one that needs work then at least when you build it up you know it's a good one. Melted pistons is pretty major may have damaged the valves aswell, one with a little less damage would be perfect
