metal centre caps

how rare are the metal centre caps on phase 2 alloys?? iam only asking as mine are and the guy accross the road from work has a valver and his arnt! so out of interest are they rare? and how would i go about making them theif proof?

One came off our clio on the way back from the scrapyard havin just had them fitted. Bit opf a bugger really.

ive only ever seen metal ones, mine are grey,

as far as i know there is no way of securing them so they cant be nicked,

i lost 2 as i fitted them on wrong, doh

and some fcker stole 2 of them down saarfend the other week,

so its runnig with out them now, but ive got replacements, just not on the car !!

if any one has ideas on fitting them securly to prevent theft, please let us know !!

All the original centre caps are metal afaik.

The Renault replacement centre caps are plastic.

Is it the light or is your front one darker than your rear one? The rear one looks plastic?

some are darker than others, also the plastic ones look different.

Expensive! i used to be paranoid as fuk leaving it anywhere. and they did get nicked! grrr

Clio Centres are Dark, 19 Centres are same colour as alloy.

ZMaster2Ks look like Clio on the front and 19 on the back.

yeah one is lighter but only one!

anywho they going for refurb soon but ii need to find somwhere in dorset that will do it. any ideas??
