Sold some Microsoft points over Ebay two weeks ago, sent them the code over email etc...
I received positive feedback, so didn't think much of binning the card.
I then have an email today from the buyer saying "The code keeps coming up as invalid, what shall I do?".
I have rung Xbox up and as usual they cannot do anything about it.
Am I going to have to refund?
