Cheers mate already knew this can any sensors cause a misfire
No sensors are specific to cylinder 1. If you really have swapped HT leads, spark plugs, coil pack and injectors then im pretty stumped. However what I would be doing is:
remove the big connector from the coil pack look at the connectors and see if there is any corrosion or moisture in there. plug it back in.
start the car - using plastic plyers remove the coil pack leads one by one and check you are getting sparks on each terminal put the lead back after looking at each one.
remove the spark plugs 1 and 2 and compare them for soot and colour.
take the fuel rail complete with injectors off and pointing the injectors at a towel see if all are firing fuel out.
do a compression test on the cylinders.
Hope you do get it fixed, sounds like a nightmare.
