Missfire

I have a missfire when I put my foot down at about 5k I have changed the plugs tried a different coil pack but still seems to do it anyone got a clue?

Me car also diagnosed with faulty leads that caused missfire, car at renault waiting for new leads from France, cause they haven't got them in stock here in Montenegro
