Mk1 Clio rear wheel feels like an egg

Hi ppl my rear feel like I am driving on eggs I have 2 sets of wheel and both do this could this be a wheel bearing problem any help be amazing
As just got the Clio out again
Car is a mk1 rsi and have discs on the rear so are the wheel bearings all ready in discs
