how do the front bumper moulds come off, just pull?

yeah. i used a butter knife to slide down the edge of the insert.

its held on with those plastic triangular wedges that push into the bumper and go all around the edge of the inserts, so its a matter of pushing the knife into the lugs and pulling it forwards. it really is simple once you have a look.

so no bumper romoval then , cause im gonna get some off ebay and get them colour coded

no need to remove the bumper at all. i removed mine without damaging any paint or anything, using just a butter knife lol
