Most expensive car in the world

Sir Stirling Moss's Ferrari 250 GTO has just sold for the bargain price of $35m.

What recession? ;)

Would love to get in the business of selling historic race cars one day, imagine the commission Talacrest got on that!

There is only a recession for the "have nots"

The "haves" will never know what one is.

That is a frankly rediculous amount of money to be honest!

I know it's a stunning and extremely special car, but when you consider you can have a top notch F40 for a few hundred thousand and probably enjoy actually driving it.. It kind of puts it into perspective!

That's true.

F40's are actually cheap for what they are really. Give it another 10 years though, and the prices will rise.

If you have 35M to buy one of these im pretty sure you could buy an f40 as a cheap runabout for the mrs
