Mot & Fog Lights

Ive recently had someone steal my two front fog lights on my 2003 clio and its due for a mot really soon.

Do you think my MOT will pass without them on because I dont want to buy new ones as im planing to sell my car?

Any suggestions and advice welcome.

- If there there they gotta work

As said above...hence why in the past a lot of cars didn't have Fog lights (or had them as an optional extra) they wouldn't have passed an MOT, would they?

Think the rear fog light has to be there and functioning...hence why the imports have one attached.

not true, front fogs arent testable at all.
the "if they are there they have to work" rule only applies to a center brakelight and if you want to get technical it can apply to headlights sidelights indicators etc on a daylight mot.
