mp3 headunit playback

Hello people,

Just wondering, i have had a sony MP3 player and a Blaupunkt mp3 player
(both headunits) and each time it plays a new mp3 track, there is a lengthy
gap, and it doesnt sound great when you have a mix cd playing.

Anyone have any experience of mp3 playback without gaps between mp3 tracks??

my alpine head unit is the same, will carry on on normal CDs but there is always a gap wiv mp3s

my mates kenwood one seems to do gapless playback, or itll have a gap but u hardly notice it

yeah i have heard from a newsgroup about kenwoods mp3 playback.

As i listen to mix cds more than anything else, i am tempted to now go kenwood rather than alpine.
