Mrk 1 alloy help

Hi, i have a mrk 1 phase 1 clio, and was wondering if i could get a set of 16x6.5 wolfrace ikons to fit on without modding the arches. if so, would people still be able to get in the back without them scrubbing? if so, then would a 35mm drop render my rear seats useless?

Yes they will fit. Not sure about the lowering though. Should be ok
