Msn Not Installing

My Msn is not letting me sign in and is telling me to update..

when i try update it.. it dose not let me install the newer version because its saying another installation is open

i tried restarting the computer.. still no luck?

Yup iv had it, and iv done it twice.

go to the website in the end, and install it through that, mine seems to be doing now
