There also going off the market this month. But i dont see myself upgrading for a while now i dont need to. Will wait till the next lot of cards come out see what nvidias next card is capable of.
And lee i know its only a beta but how well does the Unreal3 engine take advantage of multiple threads i know its supposed to be capable of using multiple cores etc but would like to know what the improvement is like. Does it give the 70-90% increase or is it one of these things that only gets like a 20% increase?
and tomehb why are you using raid1 woulda thought that was a gaming machine judging by the specs raid0 would suited for more speed in that respect since raid 1 just backs everything up so you still only have 500gb of hard disk space.
