Cool! Ex VW Cup?

Specs?
Yes EX VW Cup here the sales add from the guy I bought it from had to use the turbo already  no way is it running 220 and the guy said 210 when we picked it up
Engine

1.9 TDi 90bhp built from brand new parts by RP Motorsport including a genuine VAG block.

Gas flowed head with new valves by Allstage.

150 PD Variable vein turbocharger built to VW Cup race spec by Turbo Dynamics.

Bespoke turbo and inlet pipework with front mounted intercooler by Allard Motorsport.

Vibratechnics solid engine mounts.

Fuel is delivered via bespoke built fuel pump system used in rallying that took years to develop. There's an electric pump and swirl pot delivering fuel to modified fuel pump and onto the laser drilled injectors.

VAG ECU with various maps available; currently running a 220 bhp/320 lb/ft map by Superchips. Although the engine will make 235 bhp it's happier running just below its max output where it's 100% reliable.

SPARES – Complete turbocharger on a manifold with actuator set-up and ready to bolt on. Spare genuine VAG ECU along a further 2 sets of chips/maps.

Gearbox

Built by T2, an 02a box running a very long 3:1 final drive from a G60 Corrado along with a brand new KAAZ LSD. This helps to clock a Vmax at Snetterton of close to 130 mph as you get to the bridge.

VW Motorsport alloy gear lever with VW R cables/linkage.

Brand new CV's/driveshafts built and fitted by RP Motorsport.

SPARES – Complete gearbox with a different set of ratios and short final drive for Brands short circuit or similar.

Suspension

Front - TAS slotted alloy top mounts with Gaz shocks Mk2 Golf 16v coil-overs able to run as much as 4 degrees negative.

Rear – Inverted solid beam rear axle fitted with Polo hubs/discs. The beam has been cut and welded just behind the hubs to create 1.5 degrees negative camber and aligned dead ahead.

Brakes

Front – Brand new Seat Leon Cupra R Brembos running DS3000 pads.

Rear – Polo solid discs with VAG pads

And a diesel :S did you lock up? Light rear end?
I know the front pads was getting low and was checking them after each session but forget after the last one so when I hit the brakes only the one front worked and locked so off we went at around a ton I thought it was game over and it nealy was but still 4mm on the over side pads  won't be doing it again new Pads from now on if they are getting low they was 4mm on the pads before the start of the day and they only did 30 mins if that
