Basically i was coming down a stretch of road i know well, at around 70-80mph, car was broken down in the middle of the road, i was going to go round it until a car came the other, i anchored on hard, rear wheel locked, spun me, into some grass hitting a great f**k off tree stump making me round and round.

ffs Dan!! That looks like it could have ben painfull.As above mate-at least your still here to write about it. Gutted for you after all the tidying you have done as of late.
 
like i said originally, thank f**k for the 4 points. i know i felt them holding me in very well. im ok, got a bit of a stiff neck, headache and a bruise on my leg from my asthma medicine.

shame the car had to go this way really.....glad your ok chap...no more lidl's meets for us for a while then..

Just goes to show it dont matter how well you know the road you can always get caught out.

Yep, you only know the shape of the tarmac, not whats on it! Having said that Ive been stupid down roads I know and just been lucky I guess. The engine in a mk1 rt or a 19 would be a great sleeper!!
