What have you done?

um tried to update the firmware

i changed the product code(i think) but now when i tried to check it says error

and the nokia software up date just says no phone found

Try turning your computer off then on and try connecting your phone again, i take it your using nemesis service suite?

yeah i used nss but it don't wanna work now tried to restart my pc but it won't reboot properly lol

the phone still seems to work but i thinkit might be because it's a 3 phone and i aint got a 3 sim card

the nokia software updater can't seem to find the phone

plugged in the usb lead and selected pc suite but nothing in nsu

Have you confirmed that the product code has changed by running nss again?

i had this problem but when i restarted the computer it worked

I couldn't get the Nokia updater to work this morning, the version I downloaded from the UK website kept requesting a username and password. I logged onto the generic European site and downloaded it again and all worked perfectly. Had to uninstall prog and drivers via control panel before installing the new version.

well i did restart but i had to pick go back to last good config in start up.

but in nss when i press scan it just comes up error in the status bar

Uninstall then reinstall the Nokia software and drivers then try again.

I've ordered a Sandisk 2GB ULTRA II miniSD card so hopefully TT6 will run better with this.

This arrived today and is no better The map display continues to freeze whenever the voice prompts are on.

Did you format your mini sd card within the phone or on the PC?

why would it work fine on some and not on others....!

i spoke to someone else who had probs with it, but after a firmware update to ME it worked fine.

mine works fine as well...!

i formatted the card in the phone, as it sticks system files and folders on there!

Weird indeed. I tried it in a friends N73 and the same thing happens. Which map are you using? I'm usinf GB Plus with Major Roads of Europe.

I may have to source another version of TT6 to try.

do u use msn mate? ill send u over the version i used, as there were a couple of different looking ones which i had
