n96 firmware update

got an n96 on voda yesterday, had an n95 previously which i had no prob updating. I'm tryin to update the firmware from v11. I've changed the product code to a several generic ones, but it keeps sayin no updates available OTA. Haven't got the internet at home yet cos we've just moved so can't use pc suite... Can anyone help.

The OTA hasn't been updated, mine was the same. Updates via PC fine though.
