just ordered new one from siemens UK. Renault dont offer TMC function as they havent payed their licence so I have purchased new map with TMC included so it works with the standard renault sat nav.

if anyone else is in the same situation they can be conatcted on 01213261162

Yup I did this in 2002 when I got mine, I argued with Renault about them saying in one piece of material about the sat nav that it did tmc, and so I got the value refunded - but I dont think I have the details anymore of what thing it was said in Im afraid.

working now comes up with tmc info and the disc has much more infor on it anyway, excellent. So the renault sat nav has cost me £1700 instead of the £1500 they advertise.
