newbie from Reading

[182_bean]

so I bought a bean 182 cup about 3 weeks ago now on 81K with history and turns out not to be as great as I thought... dropped a valve after 2 days! :banghead: wrecked the engine! so since then I have sourced a new engine to go in, which is only on 60K miles. As well as that, ive got all the belts and pulleys being changed before it goes back in it's got a few little bits done to it but have big plans, as I did with my first 1.2 clio :rasp: just wondered if anyone was local?

That's sweet mate! what is the colour? never seen it about, but would be good to meet up once im back on the road?

Thanks, taken me a while to get it like that. Colour is Flame Red (flamer).

There are plenty of reading / Hampshire based meets and a good bunch, have a gander here bud. Is yours a bean (Inferno). I have seen one around Woodley, how long have you had it?

Ok mate, well it might be me as i got it about a month ago and it broke about 3 weeks ago? not seen another about and it's got a miltek on it.
