If you've to a DS you'll know the screen is good, but nothing special. The screen on the DS light is massively better. The colours are so much richer and everything is that little bit clearer.
The buttons also feel better with a more positive feel, which makes the all important snaking in Mario Kart even easier to do.
The bottom edge is still a bit rough on the old hands though, but other than that it's worthy of the upgrade if you are a Nintendo fan.
