What are superpass + super cards used for ? Any got one and can explain it all to me in English

I was looking at these for my nephews Gameboy Advance. Supercards are like blank catridges that use memory cards for storage. I think they're probably aimed at playing pirated games. You can put multiple games on one cartridge (depending on the size of memory card in it) and select them from a menu. I've also read that you can play MP3's and movies off them too.
