no idicators and tracion control light

ive just been out changing the back of my ph1 wiper stalk to a ph2 because i had no indicator self cancelling. (sabelt wheel on a ph2)

put it all back together, now i have no idicators at all, and when on full lock the traction control light and abs light comes on?

any ideas? im thinking ive damages the squib ring? dont know how though.

Ive sorted the lights out, ring wasnt central.

Still no indicators?
