No range on trip computer , is this normal ?

My range doesn't work on my trip computer 172 ph2 , I have had a couple and they had the same problem , is it just reliable renault or is it a sensor or something ?

It goes blank shortly after the petrol light comes on.

Mine does it with a full tank , so did my other car , so did my megane too , I know it should go blank when fuel light comes on , but my range has never worked on any renault

mine packed in the other month along with my MPG, it just flashes with lines

Reset needed. Press the button on the end of the stalk and then turn the ignition on. Whilst holding the button in press the reset button on the clocks and let them do their test cycle.

Should sort the problem.

I had this when my battery was about to pack in - changed the battery and did the reset as detailed above and it works fine now
