Nokia update software

I have been trying to update my N93, but for some reason it says something is missing. Not sure what as im not that computer minded. Just wondered if anyone has any ideas? Cheers.

i'm about to update my n73, the process is very simple,

1/ ring up orange
2/ explain to them for the 2nd time you will be returning a w**k phone
3/ ask for any other phone than an n series, job done!

alternatively, throw phone against a brick wall several times and tell them you dropped it and order an other type of phone!

Change the product code to a generic code, use the update software and you end up with a debranded up to date nokia.

had enough of it mate, tried updating it once and it was no better, gonna try a sony or similar, problem after problem with this one!

Fair do's, there is a lot of dodgy N Series floating around. Hit and Miss, i had loads of problems with my N80, updated and it was fine.

N95 has been a dream so far
